58php Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 58php platform and its associated services (collectively referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Player") and 58php (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service.

Your use of 58php services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and other referenced policies, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a 58php account. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 58php reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

The Service is intended for users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. By using 58php, you confirm that you are accessing the Service from a location where such access is lawful under applicable local, national, and international laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. 58php disclaims all liability for Users who access the Service from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use the 58php platform, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. Required information includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in the Philippines
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Secure password meeting our security requirements

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 58php. Creating duplicate accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited. If 58php detects or reasonably suspects that a Player has created multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts
• Void any transactions, bets, or winnings originating from duplicate accounts
• Forfeit all balances, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings
• Take legal action as permitted under applicable law

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58php login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. You must immediately notify 58php customer support of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. 58php will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

58php accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 58php in writing. Minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). 58php endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification requirements.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, 58php requires you to complete identity verification by submitting:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or National ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Photograph holding your identification document alongside a signed and dated note stating "For 58php verification"
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash account, bank statement, or other verification as requested)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within thirty (30) days of the request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

58php maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Funds deposited into your 58php account must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. This requirement applies to both deposited funds and any bonuses received. 58php reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

58php offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If 58php determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close the account without refund.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games offered by 58php use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly tested by independent third-party auditors to verify compliance with industry fairness standards. 5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

5.3 Betting Limits and Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings from bonus funds may be capped at a specific amount (e.g., ₱50,000 or 10x the bonus amount). Once the wagering requirement is met, any excess winnings above the cap will be removed, and the remaining withdrawable balance will be credited to your account.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem or wish to take a break from gaming, you may request self-exclusion for a period of one (1) month, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your 58php account, and you will not receive promotional communications. 6.3 Underage Gaming

58php has zero tolerance for underage gaming. If we discover that a Player has registered an account while under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any processing fees), and all winnings will be forfeited. We encourage parents and guardians to use internet filtering software to prevent minor s from accessing online gambling platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 58php platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and other materials, is the property of 58php or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 58php platform without prior written permission from the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

58php strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or government-ordered restrictions).

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 58php Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 58php does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 58php, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if 58php has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your 58php account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed through normal verification procedures. Any remaining balance after outstanding withdrawal requests are fulfilled will be returned to your verified payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

9.2 Termination by 58php

58php reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Non-compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations
• Conduct that 58php reasonably believes could expose the Company to legal liability

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions, 58php reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account as damages or to offset amounts owed to the Company. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, funds will be returned to the Player through a verified payment method, subject to AML checks and deduction of any outstanding obligations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the 58php platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Service.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact the 58php customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 58php will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or through arbitration as permitted by Philippine law.

10.3 Complaints

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the 58php support team via live chat or email. Complaints should include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, the date and time of the incident, and any supporting documentation. 58php will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a full response within fourteen (14) business days.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

58php collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating a 58php account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

58php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 58php Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and contact customer support to close your account.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 58php with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether written or oral.

13.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by 58php in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of 58php to be effective.

13.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
